Surprisingly compact, the width of the machine tool is only 1.38 meters. Within the limited space, multiple machine tools can be neatly placed, making full use of the factory's usable area. The flexible NT-Flex has a wide range of applications and can be flexibly adapted to different materials: bars, cut bars, black sheet bars, castings, and forgings. The upper and lower tool turrets are compact in structure and can accommodate 24 workstations. By adopting 4-position tool holders, up to 96 tools can be installed, enabling rapid change of machined parts and completing all processes in one clamping: turning, milling, deep hole drilling, and gear hobbing.
